Taking control is much easier than most of think.
Taking control is much easier than most think. In fact, most of us don’t even realize we have abdicated control. Some of that was our time. Sure when you have a job you are required to put in the hours as specified by your employer that you agreed to, so you willingly gave up that control.
But, have you ever called your doctor and told them when you had time to see them? How about your dentist?
No? Well this is control that we have no control over and it is definitely not the control we’re talking about here. Some loss of control is uncontrollable.
Still, there is something we all have control over and that is OURSELVES
Every minute you spend in regret is time wasted
Every second you spend being happy gives you more time to enjoy life

Walking away from what you don’t want makes times for what you do want.
The type of control here is something we all have control over Ourselves
Every minute you spend in self pitty is less time you have to take please in what life has to offer
Every second you spend being happy at what life has given you the more time you have to enjoy it
Asking for what we want instead of wasting time worrying about the response will be makes getting what we want much easier
Walking away from what you don’t want makes times for what you do want.Living well includes controlling your own actions
By controlling your own actions, you are taking control of how you live your life. Living by someone else’s rules isn’t really living especially as you get older. The more control you give to others the less control you will have when you get older. Getting angry over something someone else has done is like handing over control to them.
By controlling your own thoughts and actions you have begun the process of Living well.
